Ingredients: type 0 soft wheat flour (wheat), natural mother yeast, butter, egg yolk, sugar, Pellecchielle del Vesuvio (apricots), selected Bari almonds, milk, fresh cream 35%, honey, water, soy, salt, flavorings.

Artisan panettone with sourdough sourdough cream and sour cherries filled with custard and covered with a white chocolate glaze, amaretto grains and whole sour cherries. Included in the package a Buccacciello Marturano with black cherry sauce, to fill the panettone as desired
